AP Employee Unions asked Govt to scrap PRC Employees likely to issue strike notice today During the meeting, organized by Joint Action Committees yesterday across Guntur, Kadapa, Kurnool , Nellore, Prakasam, Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram and many other districts, the government employee unions have aggravated their oppositions against the 11th PRC. At PRC Sadhana Samithi, the Union leaders have intimidated that they would purvey a strike notice today. But, the state government stood stringent on it’s commitments and it is completely at variance with the employees. MLC Lakshmana Rao asked the government to cancel the 11th PRC as it would subside the salaries in lieu of effecting salary increment. IndiGo can run flights from Kadapa and Kurnool Airports : AP Cabinet On Friday, the Andhra Pradesh state Cabinet has ratified an agreement with IndiGo Airlines to wield flights from Kadapa and Kurnool airports. The minister of Information and Public Relations, Perni Venkataramaiah announced that the airline will handle 4 services per a week from March 27. Along with this, the Cabinet also sanctioned 5 acres of land in Tirupati to the star Badminton player Kidambi Srikanth for establishing an academy. Moreover, the government has granted 50 acres of land to Regional Agricultural Research Station (RARS) under Acharya N.G Ranga University at Anakapalli.
