Late Harikrishna's son and hero Kalyan Ram recently appeared as young Harikrishna in Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna's NTR biopic. On the other hand, Balakrishna stood as the chief guest in Kalyan Ram's upcoming action thriller 118's pre release event.  Conspicuously, it was thought that togetherness of Balakrishna and Harikrishna's families would also lead to political union as well.  But then, here comes the twist. Kalyan Ram, himself, turned down the the gossips of his political campaign for TDP. "I can't sail on two boats and I would just myself confined to acting.
