Bhumika ruled the roost of her career during early 2000s. She shared screen space with Power Star Pawan Kalyan's Khushi which was an industry hit then. Besides, Bhumika acted as a female lead in blockbusters like Okkadu and Simhadri. 

According to an update, Bhumika has been roped in to play second fiddle in Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna's 'Kranthi' (tentative). She will be seen in flashback episode of the movie. 

Sonal Chowhan is doing lead actress of this commercial potboiler. Chirantan Bhatt is composing music of the film. KS Ravi Kumar is directing the movie on CK Entertainment owned by C Kalyan. Regular shoot of the film will kick-start soon.
