Amaravati Row: Pawan Should Give up Capital

The recent turn of events have made political analysts envisaged that the capital shift of AP would be inevitable. It seems the CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is quite adamant with change of the capital. 

As is known to all, previous TDP government chose three crop yielding Amaravati as a capital zone just for the sake of the benefits of particular caste people. Eventually, thousands of crores were wasted for temporary constructions. CBN's close aides including Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna owned thousands of acres of lands in the capital region with very low prices while, some farmers had to give away their lands to the government reluctantly. 

Initially, it was suspected that if YSRCP government would get the capital city shifted to Kadapa. But then, BJP leader TG Venkatesh spilling the beans on capital city is giving hopes to people of all areas. According to TG, four capital cities would be formed such as Kakinada, Guntur, Vizianagaram and Kadapa. 

In the meanwhile, some farmers of Amaravati area met Janasena chief Power Star Pawan Kalyan the other day. Pawan Kalyan suggested the government not to shift the capital area. If not, he would be agitating against the government. 

But then, Pawan Kalyan's stand on Amaravati appears he is supporting TDP again. Instead of protesting for the capital, he would better choose Polavaram project and power cut issues in the state.
