17 Coronavirus cases in a single day in AP Worldwide, the total number of Coronavirus cases has crossed 786,536, over 37,831 have died.  Despite the 21 days lockdown, which is imposed by India’ Prime Minister Narendra Modi ,  the number of Covid-19 cases in India has seen a steady rise. With new 17 Coronavirus cases in just last 12 hours, the total cases in Andhra Pradesh reached 40. AP Medical and Health Department released a bulletin on Tuesday announcing the total positive cases in the state so far. Prakasam district registered highest number of cases with 11, wherein Chirala registered 5 cases. A total of 164 people were tested on Monday night, wherein 17 were tested positive and the remaining 147 were tested negative. Guntur (9), Vizag (6), Krishna (5), East Godavari (4), Ananthapuram (2), Chittor (1), Kurnool (1) and Nellore registered 1 corona case. The Andhra Pradesh government has confirmed that at least 369 people from Andhra Pradesh had attended the Nizamuddin event in Delhi.
