Do you have any idea how much Kollywood stars make? It is known fact that south films enjoy a huge market across the globe and so do the Tollywood and Kollywood actors. The industry has been delivering some amazing films to movie-goers. For  the movies, the actors are paid handsome bucks.

 Rajinikanth: Kollywood superstar Rajinikanth is known not only in Tamil Nadu but also in the entire South.  His films also have a good market in Telugu. Rajini has a huge fan following in foreign countries like Japan. He currently doing a Pan India movie called Jailer. He used to take Rs 120 crores as remuneration.

 Kamal Haasan: After a gap of almost ten years, Kamal Haasan gave a solid comeback with a blockbuster drama Vikram. This movie created a sensation in OTT with Telugu and Tamil and supported Kamal not only as an actor but also as a producer. Universal star Kamala Haasan’ remuneration for one movie is Rs 70 crore.

 Thalapathy Vijay: After Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan, Vijay, who is popular all over Tamil Nadu, has created a market in Telugu as well.  He is currently working for Varisu/ Varasudu). His remuneration per movie is Rs 100 Cr.

 Suriya: Suriya is receiving a remuneration of Rs 50 crores.

 Vikram:  Vikram received Rs 25 crores for the movie ‘Cobra’. For Mani Ratnam’ PS1 he got Rs 12 crores. It is said that Vikram’s remuneration depends on the film.

 Dhanush: This talented actor, who has received National Awards twice is taking 25 crores per film.

Vijay Sethupathi: There is talk that he is getting more than 20 crores for a movie.

Superstar Krishna mortal remains taken to Padmalaya Studios Super Star Krishna garu passed away yesterday on 15th November due to a cardiac arrest. Many celebrities from the film industry and politics paid tribute to the late legendary actor who paved the path to new technologies in Telugu Film Industry. They also consoled his family members including Mahesh Babu. Superstar Krishna’ mortal remains are now taken to Padmalaya Studios from his residence in Nanakaramguda, Hyderabad. Fans and general public can pay their last respects to the actor. The  last rites of Superstar Krishna will be conducted in the noon with state honors at Mahaprasthanam in Film Nagar, Hyderabad.
