Gas Leak at Visakhapatnam Factory, 2 Died Two workers died  and four others were hospitalised after gas leaked last night at a pharmaceutical unit in Andhra Pradesh’ Visakhapatnam.  The leakage of benzimidazole gas was reported from Sainor Life Sciences Pvt Ltd in Vizag. The police revealed thatThe situation at the factory is now under control. The two persons who died were workers and were present at the leakage site. According to the official, the pharmaceutical unit in the industrial port city’s Parwada area was shut down immediately as a precautionary measure after the leakage of benzimidazole gas was reported at around 11:30 pm. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has sought information about the incident of gas leak at Visakhapatnam Factory.  The statement released by CMO office, read, “The accident is confined to a department in which there is a reactor. There is no need to panic. The district collector has ordered an inquiry into the matter.” YS Jagan Mohan

India enters unlock 2 mode The government of India announced Unlock 2 guidelines that will be in force until the last day of July this year. On Monday the Centre issued guidelines for the second of a three phase plan aimed at lifting restrictions imposed to stop the spread of the coronavirus , announced that educational institutions, cinema halls, Metro rail services and large gatherings will continue to remain banned. The training institutions of the Central and State governments will be allowed to function from 15th July for which standard Operating Procedure will be issued by the Department of Personnel and Training. The new guidelines will come into effect from 1st July, are based on feedback received from  the states, and consultations with central ministries and departments. The current phase to ease restrictions, called Unlock 1, ends on Tuesday and now India is going to enter Unlock 2. Bigger trouble: Forgery Case on Cinematographer Shyam K Naidu In the month of May, character artist Sai Sudha of Arjun Reddy fame filed a cheating case against the cinematographer Shyam K Naidu with SR Nagar Police,  and accused him of dumping her after promising to marry her over the years. Hyderabad’s SR Nagar police arrested him within days. But he came out on remand after he was granted bail. Now according to the latest update, cameraman Shyam K Naidu has landed in more troubles. The reports say that Shyam K Naidu had got Sai Sudha’ signature forged and secured the bail. When this case came for hearing, Shyam K Naidu submitted a petition in the court that it is a compromise and it had the signature of Sai Sudha. But Sai Sudha claimed that her signature was forged.
